How Precision Skin handles website enquiries.
Last updated: 5 November 2026.
Who to contact.
Precision Skin, 18 Church Lane, Kelston, Bath BA1 9AG. For questions about your information, email precisionskinbath@gmail.com.
Information you send us.
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, treatment interest and message. A phone number and preferred day or time are optional. Please do not include medical history or other sensitive medical information in an initial website enquiry.
Why we use it.
We use your details to answer your enquiry, discuss the service you have requested and arrange appointments. This includes taking steps at your request before providing a service. We do not use enquiry details to subscribe you to marketing.
How your enquiry reaches us.
The website is hosted by Vercel. Your form submission is processed by a secure website function and sent using Resend to the clinic’s Gmail inbox. These providers process information to operate their services. Provider security and delivery logs may also record technical information such as time, delivery status and network address. We do not deliberately include your message content in application error logs.
Service providers may process information in countries outside the UK. Their own privacy and data-processing terms describe their locations and transfer safeguards. You can read Vercel’s privacy policy, Resend’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Keeping your information.
We retain enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond, arrange or provide your requested care, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact the clinic if you would like to know about the retention of a particular enquiry. Treatment records are handled separately from this initial website form.
Your choices and rights.
You can contact us to ask about access to or correction of your information, or request deletion or restriction where applicable. The rights available depend on the circumstances and any record-keeping obligations. If you are concerned about how your information is handled, please contact the clinic first. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and external links.
The public website does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. The private editing area uses a secure, essential session cookie to keep authorised editors signed in. Editor sign-in links are emailed only to authorised addresses and expire after 15 minutes. Links to Instagram and map services open external websites with their own privacy policies. Your details are not sent to those services merely by viewing this website.
